An initial assessment is required at your first visit to determine which of our services will be best suited to manage your foot condition. We also take a full medical history so it is helpful if you could bring a list of your current medication.
Booking Terms & Conditions
We understand that sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you have to cancel your appointment. We will be as flexible as we can in accommodating this, however the following policy applies;
If you need to cancel your appointment, please just let us know as soon as possible before hand, but at least 48 hours before your appointment. If the cancellation is less than 48 hours notice we will try to re-book the slot, we are usually successful, but if we can’t, we may charge you the full cost of the appointment.
We reserve the right to charge for the full price of appointments cancelled less than 48 hours beforehand.

Most people with coronavirus have at least 1 of these symptoms:
A high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back
A new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours
A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
If you have any of the main symptoms of coronavirus:
Stay at home (self-isolate) – do not leave your home or have visitors.
Anyone you live with, and anyone in your support bubble, must also self-isolate.
Get a test – get a test to check if you have coronavirus as soon as possible.
Anyone you live with, and anyone in your support bubble, should also get a test if they have symptoms.

Following the Prime Minister's announcement on Saturday 31st October about a national lockdown from Thursday 5th November, medical appointments are still allowed. Therefore we can remain open to deliver our services at present.
